Operations Manager will report to General Manager
Operations Manager will responsible to planning, organizing and directing The Operations of Parks, Recreation Facilities and Athletics Programs. This position will report to Park General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations
- Increase customer satisfaction level, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
- Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Tourism Management or equivalent and / or must have minimum 3 years experiences in Hospitality Industry (preferably have exposure working on 4-5 stars hotel or Recreation Park)
- Have a strong leadership, problem solving, analytical thinking, communication skill and decision making
- Able to maintain communication with local government, social figures and local society
- Able to create and implement plans to increase service quality
- Have a good performance and good attitude
- Strong ability to work individually as well as a team
- Has strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in recreation park
