Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Set the team's vision, direction, and culture by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals in the region.
  • Improve the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization's mission.
  • Ensure the adoption of digital tools in finance dealers.
  • Manage dealer inventory funding and dealer performance monitoring
  • Monitor daily operations, including TAT.
  • Complete inventory control and management using the company inventory management system.
  • Vetting dealer applications and taking necessary action.
  • Providing accurate & timely information (MIS) on all key business parameters to the senior management as well as other team members.

Job Qualifications

  • A good understanding of inventory funding, collateral-based financing, and or has banking background is added value.
  • Used to work in a start-up environment and work closely with cross-functional teams i.e. Sales Team and Credit Team.
  • Possess a process-driven and time-bound.
  • Team player and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and strong MS Office knowledge.
