Operations Social Media & KOL Internship
About The Role:
The Operations - Social Media & KOL Internship will be managing social media campaigns, and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand engagement and visibility among high-value users. Meanwhile the intern also will help the business operations at supporting the recruitment and engagement on SVIP users of HAGO app.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Support:
- Contribute to researching, planning, and creating engaging social media content.
- Assist in scheduling and publishing posts aligned with the content calendar.
- Monitor social media metrics and assist in performance analysis for strategic
- recommendations.
- KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Coordination:
- Identify and approach potential KOLs for marketing events
- Maintain and update a database of KOLs, tracking performance and collaboration
- feedback.
- Support KOL events and promotional campaigns, ensuring smooth execution.
- SVIP User Recruitment and Engagement:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging potential VIP users for the app.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts to attract and onboard SVIP users, supporting personalized
- onboarding experiences.
- Qualifications:
- Final year student in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications) or recent graduate.
- Passionate about livestreaming, digital media, and online communities.
- Strong interest in user engagement, social media management, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video
- editing basics).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willing to work on site 5 days in a week.
