Job Descriptions:
- Create and manage shipment bookings using internal platform
- Examine documents provided by customers before being submitted to custom officials
- Frequently communicate with logistics partners to ensure fast export & import shipping process
- Routinely monitor every shipments from pickup to delivery
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma or a bachelor degree
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, and Excel for administrative report
- Proactive and well-driven, diligent, friendly, high attention to detail
- Very good communications skills (both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English)
- The preferred candidate who lives in the area around South Jakarta / South Tangerang
