Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational activities, including but not limited to being the first touchpoint for the operational teams, requesting settlements, and handling operational issues
- Actively identify recurring issues and propose solutions
- Supervise operational activities and report issues
- Participate in various projects led by the Ops & Planning team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Proficient in Excel, particularly in VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
- Able to work in shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Good logical and analytical thinking
- Ability to adapt to changing plans and handle multiple priorities
- Able to work effectively in team settings
