ORDER MANAGEMENT SOLUTION OPERATION
Job Objective
Manages and drive improvements of operational processes to ensuring drafting FCR, costing & billing meet the timeline
Job Responsibilities
- Make sure costing & billing timely created as per Internal operating procedure
- Manage completion of document required as per agreed timeline
- Work closely with Global Service Center for data submission in internal platform
- Manage final data to customer and submit to carrier
- Check & confirm the draft of SWB as per agreed timeline
- Ensure document completion before submitting to customer
- Collection original master bill of lading from carrier
Job Requirements
- Having at minimum 1 year experience in Freight Forwarding
- Written and verbal English proficiency
- Familiar with Ms Office Suites
- Bachelor Degree in any major, logistic/transport management will be preferable
