ORDER PLANNER ANALYST
We are looking for an Order Planner Analyst to strengthen our ambitious team in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will work with leading IoT solutions in the industry and refine your logistic skills.
Teltonika develops and produces easy-to-use IoT devices, including routers, GPS trackers, EV charging devices, and smart wristbands. By utilizing the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards in the IoT industry.
In this role, you will:
Ensure proper stock rotation and prevent aging stock across Asia Continent offices.
Place and confirm forecasts and orders in the HQ system to maintain optimal stock levels.
Execute approved HQ sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate timely stock realization to meet demand and delivery schedules.
Conduct inventory analysis to optimize stock management and minimize excess.
Provide recommendations to your direct manager on stock utilization, including consumption, write-offs, and sales.
Place orders for Asia Continent offices in alignment with local system conditions and requirements.
Ensure orders adhere to established valid pricing structures.
Perform product planning to guarantee that all sales orders are fulfilled within the designated deadlines.
Regularly verify and ensure alignment between device quantities in the HQ system and local systems.
What we expect of you:
Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 3 working years of relevant experience in Logistics & Supply chain or Manufacture Industry.
Experience a multinational company with exposure to regional or global operations is highly valued.
Are professional in English (both spoken and written) as it will be your primary working language.
Are highly adaptable while possessing strong administrative skills (Excel VLookup & Pivot Table)
Are experience in handling Indonesia custom clearance process (PIB) Pemberitahuan Import Barang.
Are experience in distributing Electronic Products or Product with a lot of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
