Duties And Responsibilities
As Organic Gardener, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
- Landscapes or maintains grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
- Understands what organic gardening practices best fit the property during the season.
- Adheres to organic gardening techniques for pesticide, insect and disease control.
- Be familiar with the machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Monitors and maintains all of the garden areas, free from weeds with a maximum yield.
- Uses personal safety wares for personal safety while on duty.
- Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Organic Gardener, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent and/or apprenticeship in horticulture and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting.
- Technical skills includethe ability of mowing, trimming, weeding, planting, cultivating, fertilizing, watering, and pruning, operations of flowers, plants, and trees and the ability to work with various hazardous equipment in a safe and reliable manner. As well as knowledge in organic gardening practices.
- Able to communicate in English language.
- Indonesian Citizen.
