About The Role:
As an Organization & People Development intern, you will support the implementation of human resource strategy specifically in the areas of organizational development, people development performance management, and HRIS with the objective of establishing the best place to work.
What Will You Do:
- Assist operational and administrative support for Organization & People Development activities such as performance review processes, organization structure and job description updates etc.
- Manage performance review data
- Involve in related Organization Development projects and collaborate with other People's Operation teams to explore and identify potential improvement
- Involve in employee Internal Promotion
What we are looking for:
- Fresh graduate from any major, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Psychology, Economics
- Passionate in organizational development
- Attention to detail and familiarity with data processing tools (Excel, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Possess a can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Able to work both individually and collaboratively
- Nice to have exposure to project management
- Willing to work from the office in Jakarta for 6 months
