Provide analysis regard to organization effectiveness by doing research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis to identify opportunity in improving the effectiveness that aligned with organization goals.
Analyze and verify for each employee fulfillment request, employee mutation, rotation, and work load analysis from across function and business unit in Arya Noble to maintain the manpower planning and support man resources needed
Analyze and verify OKR and KPI for each employee by collaborating with strategy management, productivity management, and leader to establish productive employee that aligned with organization goals.
Perform job evaluation using defined tools or method by analyzing job description and scope for each position to maintain principle of fairness and balance between position
Provide organization architecture for across function and business unit in Arya Noble to continuously create value for present and future customers, optimizing and organizing itself.
Maintain good relation and collaboration with internal and external parties to achive the operational excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, or Industrial Engineering Major
Min. 3-4 years in Organization Development or Human Resources field
Solid understanding about Human Capital and Organization Development
