Organization Development Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Review, analyze, and create Organization Design for Bankwide.
• Workload Analysis
• Doing Job Evaluation & Job Grading for all job position.

Requirements :

• At least bachelors degree.
• Have 3 years experiences as Organization Development in Banking Industry.
• Have experiences in Job Evaluation and/or Workload Analysis.
• Have strong analytical & logical thinking.
• Familiar with Job Grading process & Tower Watson.
• Familiar with interpreting data, processing data, and using Ms. Visio.
