Qualifications

  • Minimum education of bachelor Degree of Psychology or related major
  • Minimum of 2 years Experience as a Organizational Development/ Training in manufacture industry will be point plus
  • Communicative and talkative person
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Willing to be place in Cikarang, West Java (WFO)

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling employee Training
  • Preparing training facility and share invitation to training attendant
  • Ensure the update of training's material
  • Seeking for training vendor that match with company standard and needed
  • Discuss, analyze, approval and updating job description, SOP, & Work Instruction with users related
  • Updating Employee competencies
  • Ensuring employee competencies gap are fulfilled
  • Recaping & Ensuring KPI for all department
  • Documenting updated organizational structure from HC Head
