Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit a OD & Talent Management Specialist as an Individual Contributor for support our business.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree preferably in Psychology, Management or any other related fields.
- Minimum 5 7 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development and Performance Management.
- Having experience in running the full cycle of Talent Management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent development needs
- Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies
- Partner with senior leaders to develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
- Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management and development programmes to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
