Job Objective
Responsible for driving the performance of the company's online distribution through OTAs and other third-party channels. This role focuses on maximizing revenue, optimizing online visibility, managing relationships with OTA partners, and ensuring seamless connectivity between the company's booking platforms and the OTAs. The manager must be data-driven and work closely with internal teams such as marketing, revenue management, and operations.
Job Description
OTA Strategy & Relationship Management
- Develop, implement, and monitor OTA strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy.
- Maintain strong relationships with OTA partners (e.g., Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka).
- Negotiate commission rates, promotional campaigns, and agreements with OTA partners.
- Monitor and ensure the company's properties are favorably positioned on OTA platforms.
Revenue Optimization & Channel Management
- Work with the Revenue Management team to ensure optimal pricing, promotions, and room availability across all OTAs.
- Monitor daily and monthly OTA performance reports (e.g., ADR) and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop promotional campaigns with OTA partners to drive occupancy during low-demand periods.
- Track KPIs such as revenue, booking trends, conversion rates, and cancellations.
- Prepare regular performance reports to present to the leadership team.
- Use data insights to recommend initiatives that increase online bookings and maximize revenue from OTAs
Inventory & Content Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory, rates, and content (descriptions, photos, reviews) across all OTA platforms.
- Implement best practices to maintain parity between OTA channels and direct booking platforms.
- Manage any technical issues related to property management systems (PMS) and OTA channel connectivity.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create joint promotional campaigns with OTAs.
- Analyze and leverage guest reviews and ratings to enhance the company's reputation on OTA platforms.
- Monitor competitors strategies across OTAs and recommend adjustments as needed.
