About the Role

As our Outbound Sales Lead, you will be at the forefront of our growth, driving outbound sales efforts and leading a passionate team of 3 - 8 sales professionals. Your mission is to develop and implement dynamic sales strategies that generate leads and convert them into loyal customers, all while making a significant impact on the education sector.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our outbound sales initiatives. You'll harness your expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and other forms of communication to identify and seize new growth opportunities. You'll inspire and lead your team to exceed targets, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:


Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3-8 outbound sales representatives.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and strategies.
Provide ongoing training and development.
Outbound Sales Strategy
Develop and implement outbound sales strategies, including cold calling improvement plans, aimed to increase overall conversion rate.
Monitor sales KPIs and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
Lead Generation and Conversion
Actively reach out to potential customers through various channels.
Qualify leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, and learning teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
Communicate sales plans and results to management.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Reporting and Analysis
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions and improvement plans based on data insights.
Requirements

In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:

Proven track record and qualification as a sales leader
Ideally around a minimum of 5 years in outbound sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership and Management
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve high performance.
Experience in training and developing sales talent.
Outbound Sales and Negotiation
Excellent outbound sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective outbound sales strategies.
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes and techniques.
Communication and Interpersonal
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Problem-solving
Ability to interpret sales data and make improvement plans for underperforming team members.
Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge about the usage of CRM tools.
Knowledge of Hubspot tools specifically is a plus
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
