Wellness by Solace is a premier wellness brand in Indonesia, offering luxury wellness equipment and bespoke solutions for residential and commercial clients. We seek an experienced Outbound Sales Representative
to generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers while delivering world-class customer experience.
Backgrounds in real estate, B2B sales, or luxury products desired.- Extensive experience in prospecting residential and commercial clients.
Strong lead generation skills via email, cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Proven ability to close deals and convert leads.
Excellent sales skills in English and Indonesian.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Meet or exceed sales targets and support team goals.
- Research and target residential and commercial clients.
Generate leads via email, cold calling, social media, and networking.- Close sales by handling objections and finalizing deals.
Present products in the showroom or at the client's site as needed.
- Perform onsite visits to assist sales.
Maintain records in the CRM system.- Report market feedback to improve strategies.
