Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Outlet Manager at BAKED. Indonesia. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Implementing effective sales strategies, analyzing sales data, and managing POS operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- Conducting performance reviews and addressing employee concerns.
- Controlling costs and managing the outlet's budget.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Effective communication with staff and customers.
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
