Responsibilities:
Manage and handling Palm Oil Mill Parts Warehouse
Receiving and Storing Goods:
- Receive and inspect equipment of Palm Oil Mill parts arriving at the warehouse.
- Ensure that the received goods match the orders and are in good condition.
- Store parts according to the set procedures to make them easy to find and maintain their quality.
Inventory Management:
- Record and update stock data regularly.
- Organize and arrange parts in the warehouse for easy access.
- Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accurate inventory data.
Distribution and Shipping:
- Prepare parts for shipment to customers or for use in Palm Oil Mill maintenance.
- Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Supervision and Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and security of the warehouse.
- Regularly check the condition of parts and report any damage or items needing repair.
- Maintain warehouse equipment.
Administration and Documentation:
- Prepare reports on receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Manage documents related to shipments, receipts, and stock.
- Ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum diploma or higher.
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in warehousing or logistics, especially related to Palm Oil Mill equipment parts.
- Skills:
- Able to operate a computer and use warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work both in a team and independently.
- Other:
- Understand warehouse safety procedures.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
