We are an travel and tourist application company located in Bali, Indonesia.
We are seeking a female part time customer service agent to - respond to booking enquiries from the application, communicate with clients online via the app, and liaise with our team regarding bookings and client questions.
- As as a successful candidate you must:
Live in Bali
- Have your own transport (you will be required to report to the office on the ByPass twice per week)
Have your own ipad or laptop in good working condition- Have good english (written and verbal)
Have at least 3+ years experience within a similar customer service role (ideally within the tech space)
- Have a friendly personality and excellent customer service skills
This job is part time - you will need to report to the office twice per week and the remaining time will be spent responding to client bookings and queries in your own time outside of the office.
This role has the potential to go full time as the company grows.
