Requirements

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
Having minimum 2 (two) years experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and confidence to engage people at all levels
High passion and enthusiasm towards people, music, entertainment, specially digital; with strong knowledge of the behavior and trends
Ability to develop, present, and execute creative ideas/ proposals
Active, easy going, have a good motivation and dynamic person
Have a great problem solving skills (able to mediate issues and translate it into solutions)
The ability to work well as part of a team

Responsibilities

Monitoring trends of content and creator on Youtube and Music Platform in Indonesia
Identify and engage with potential partners to join with dr.m Network
Analyze the need of partners that join Network and having a close coordination with Partners to maintain their relation with dr.m
Support the activity of dr.m Network social media management.
Support the activity of Partners content promotion on Youtube and Music Platform
