About The Role
You will be part of the partnership team led by the Partnership and Business Development Senior Manager who will provide overall guidance and direction. You will work directly with the government agencies, program's partners, internal GoTo and closely with the rest of the Foundation's team. You will play a role in developing, managing, and tracking partnership activities for GIF and programs.
What You Will Do
- Support the team in monitoring trend and insights to source for potential partnership, especially in the following issues: 1. Growing Indonesian talents vocation and education; 2. Waste management and reduction; 3. Climate change; 4. Tech development
- Documents and tracks project and partnership progress.
- Assist in generating creative ideas to develop engaging storytelling content and solid key messages for organization's external engagement with governments, partners and donors.
- Assist in coordination with working level at government agencies, partners, and internal team within GoTo Group to develop and execute the project and partnership activities.
What You Will Need
- Final year student (no more in-class study) or a fresh graduate from a reputable university, majoring in social science especially political study, international relations, social anthropology, and public policy.
- Motivated to create a positive impact in the socio-economic, environment and beyond
- Having previous experience in managing project involving activities such as writing proposal, track and implement project, and writing project report.
- Having previous experience in organizing events or working in a division/organization, dealing with sustainability would be an added advantage
- Having previous experience in engagement with government officials or private sectors would be an added advantage.
- Able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work effectively in a cross-functional team, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, technical environment
