Lead negotiations, secure win-win deals, and manage partnership agreements, ensuring compliance and strong ROI.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to integrate and leverage partnerships effectively.
Track and analyze the impact of partnerships on customer experience, revenue, and market expansion, providing regular insights and recommendations to leadership.
Stay updated on e-commerce, grocery, and related industry trends to identify strategic opportunities and keep AlloFresh ahead of competitors.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales, ideally within e-commerce or FMCG.
Experience managing B2B partnerships, focusing on both SMB and enterprise.
Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships, including with payment partners, that drive measurable business growth.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to secure high-impact deals.
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a knack for translating insights into action.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
