Job Description

Responsibilities

Build & educate talents performance, and their career preparation and development (CV, Portfolio, etc)
Build and maintain strong relationships to all stakeholders (clients, student, alumni, lecturers, management, etc)
Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market trends
Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Coordinate interview schedules and manage communication between clients and candidates
Facilitate negotiations for compensation packages and terms of employment
Create Event & Activity Initiator for PCN in every branch
Talent Database management administration
Can join ASAP
Willing to utilize personal device
Placement: Bandung
Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Management, marketing, or related fields (Graduated from an overseas college will be a plus point)
Fluent in English both oral and written
At least 2 years of experience in partnership and marketing, preferably within the Digital talents Industries
Previous experience as a headhunter is a plus
Proven experience handling and strong relationship with clients for their hiring needs
Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and recruitment processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must
Can do attitude, and ability to adapt to every change and situation (agile culture)
Strong organizational, management, and research skills and attention to detail
