Job Description
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- expand the affiliate network with collaboration within internal Kawan Lama Group (Business Units) and external parties
- Manage and maintain relationships with internal (Business Units) and external partners to ensure continued success and growth.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns & programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts
- Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in affiliate marketing and partnership with a strong understanding of affiliate networks and relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build strong partnerships at all levels.
- Proactive, creative, and self-driven with high ownership attitude
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and is always solution-focused.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess affiliate performance and make data-driven decisions.
