Aviaventura Aero Agensi is a fast-growing pace Passenger and Cargo General Sales Company in Indonesia, was established since December 2016, we have several airlines, either passenger and cargo operated under our management; Ethiopian Airlines Passenger, Uzbekistan Airways Passenger, Yemenia Airways Passenger, Uzbekistan Airways Cargo, MyJet Cargo, Garuda Indonesia Cargo, Malaysian Air Cargo and other more will come this year.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Passenger Sales and Marketing Supervisor located in the Medan area. The Passenger Sales and Marketing Supervisor will be responsible for managing sales and marketing operations, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for the Sales & Marketing of our international airlines passenger business includes leading customer and business development activities. You will drive to increase volume in umrah & hajj, holy land/leisure, worker, student and FIT sales and also managing a range of key account both travel agents or online travel agents (OTA). Reporting to the Sales Manager Passenger, you will formulate and implement marketing strategies in line with the overall regional objectives and maximize the airlines market share revenue earnings within the passenger sales market. This includes market segmentation and yield management whilst ensuring pricing strategies are sufficiently competitive to achieve optimum levels of revenue and traffic with major customers, travel agents, brokers, (free independent travellers/FIT) and also other airlines

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and report on market conditions and trends to leverage our service competitive advantage

Manage the day-to-day contact with key account agents and institutions for revenue generation

Able to conduct regular agent performance reviews

Actively manage relationships with travel agents and other airlines

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma education, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in sales (travel agent/airlines), max 45 years old

Excellent knowledge of holy land, umrah & hajj, worker, students or FIT market

Able to work with team of sales to provide customer-centric solutions to customers

Excellent sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship management up to CXO's level

English proficiency in reading / listening/ writing/ speaking is a must. Other such as Mandarin, Russian, Arabic or Amharic is a plus

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Have SIM A/C and own car/motorcycle
