This is a full-time hybrid role as a Payroll Specialist at Elabram Group. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling payroll administration, processing payroll, managing garnishments, and ensuring compliance with payroll taxes. This role will be located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with flexibility for Hybrid working.
Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Services, and Payroll Processing- Have knowledge about payroll, especially PPH Pasal 17, TER, and Natura.
Expert in Microsoft Excel skills.
- Have experience processing payroll (upload database, Tax settings, Component allowance and deduction setting, and reporting) using payroll applications.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills- Knowledge of payroll systems and software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in payroll services.- Have experience in handling local and expatriate Tax.
Preferably having experience in HRIS and Payroll Information Systems
