Leads and oversees the full People and Culture spectrum, including Talent Acquisition, People Development, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Legal Compliance, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement People and Culture strategies, initiatives, and programs that align with business goals and promote organizational effectiveness.
Oversee talent management programs to identify high-potential employees and support their career development.
Supports performance management through goal setting, performance reviews, and talent development plans using KPIs and OKRs.
Provide users with advice and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance employee morale.
Manage organizational effectiveness by analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and supporting the organization.
Develop, manage, and monitor the People and Culture department budget, partnering with finance to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost reporting.
Create and maintain accurate payroll reporting, including proration, PPh21 (tax withholding), and any other allowances.
Manage and ensure compliance with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
Maintain employee records on Talenta, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Develops and implements initiatives to promote employee well-being, such as health and wellness programs, social events, and work-life balance programs.
Oversees and manages general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably in a digital advertising agency or similar fast-paced environment.
5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least two years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and people operations.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software (Talenta).
