Job Description

Responsibilities

  • In charge of creating plans all the way to execution for employee training, culture engagement activities, and performance management.
  • Gather and maintain accurate HR data (hiring, development, retention, etc); develop dashboards and reports for HR and leadership insights.
  • Analyze HR processes and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Calculate and review employee incentives and benefits; recommend adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
  • Use statistical techniques to forecast workforce needs and turnover; anticipate trends and address potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align analytics with organizational goals; support initiatives like diversity and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Min. of 2 years in People and Organizational Development area
  • Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Google Spreadsheet, etc).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience creating reports and visualizations for diverse audiences.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with HR and business leaders.
