About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing consultation and support in various HR functions to drive organizational success and foster a positive work environment.
This addition ensures that candidates understand the importance of compliance with OJK regulations within the context of their HR role, particularly if the organization operates in the financial sector.
What You Will Do
- Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with the HR team to implement HR programs and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Lead and support the recruitment and selection process for key positions, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees and managers on various HR topics.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
- Act as a change agent by driving initiatives that support organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development within the context of OJK guidelines
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 years in a business partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including OJK regulations for financial institutions (if applicable).
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development within the context of OJK guidelines (if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization while ensuring compliance with OJK regulations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to OJK requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of how OJK regulations impact HR practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion while adhering to OJK guidelines
