Love, Bonito is a digital-first company on a mission to empower the everyday Asian woman and inspire self-confidence. We are Southeast Asias leading womenswear brand, headquartered in Singapore, with an omnichannel presence across Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Malaysia and a retail franchise in Cambodia. In addition, we have also expanded into international markets namely the Philippines and the United States of America.
Founded in 2010, we are proudly female-founded with more than 65% female representation in leadership roles (#girlpower!). We raised a US$50M Series C round in 2021 and know that were on the cusp of something great, where were working towards becoming the most thoughtful brand globally, for the Asian female consumer, especially when it comes to our products, community and experiences.

Main Responsibilities
Support overall recruitment strategy and process
Post job descriptions on career websites and universities boards
Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters on our ATS/emails
Source for Retail candidates for Singapore by tapping on databases and social channels
Conduct phone and virtual interviews
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system ensuring information is up-to-date
Assist in ad hoc recruiting reports
Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions
Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods
Draft and perform administrative legal paperwork (i.e. employment contracts)
Ensure great hiring experience for all
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality
Deliver a great recruiting experience for all candidates and team members
Consult with managers to requirements and specific job objectives
Build and maintain productive partnerships with internal stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements & Experiences :
Diploma or BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field preferred
Open to fresh grad until max. 2 years working experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)
Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems
Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
