The Role
Join our dynamic team as a People & Culture Intern, where you will gain hands-on experience in managing organisational culture, promoting a healthy work environment, and supporting office operations. Reporting directly to the People & Culture Executive, this role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for cultivating a positive workplace culture and a desire to make a meaningful impact within our organisation.
Main Responsibilities :
Do recruitment process for Entry Level (Retail Part-Timer, Intern, and Assistant level).
Assist in recruitment process for Executive-Senior Executive level (administrative stuff such as : sending case study, scheduling user interview, contacting candidates, etc).
Participate in the planning and execution of employee wellness and engagement programs (Office Day, 17 Agustus Event, Halloween Event, Global Townhall, etc).
Maintain and update the employee database, masterlist, and other relevant documentation to ensure accurate tracking of employee lifecycle information.
Handle the processing of official letters and documentation for employee needs.
Manage the general affairs tasks, including office management and maintenance activities.
Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights and accommodations, managing travel allowances and travel insurance.
Requirements
Requirements & Experiences:
Available for 5 months internship period, with 3 working days per week
Open to University Students at any level, preferably from Psychology, Human Resource, or Management majors.
Possess good coordination, communication both written and verbal(in Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills, integrity, self-motivated with high degree of commitment and time pressure to meet deadlines and objectives.
Good knowledge and awareness in Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia.
