People Development Specialist (Manager Level)

Job Descriptions:

• Creating a curriculum plan and learning framework for the training activities in hospital or business unit
• Indentify, evaluate and deliver appropriate learning interventions to internal stakeholders through in-house resources and/or eksternal consultants
• Provide an induction program for new employee; provide a solid understanding of the company and the scope of work to be performed
• Prepare anad manage budget for the training and development implementation
• Evaluate and create training reports/feedback surveys of the training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or any related areas
• Min. 5 years experience in Learning and Development, preferably in healthcare industry
• Strong understanding of training delivery and module development
• Passionate in teaching and developing people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have flexibility to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
