- Fresh graduates (S-1) from any major/background.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
- Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution and organizational skills

- Detail-oriented with the ability to interpret and accurately utilize relevant data
- Have an Intern Experience in HR is a plus
- Experience with design tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Familiar with editing video (VN, Capcut) is a plus
- Assist with recruitment process such as candidate sourcing and scheduling.
- Develop and update role overview, job postings, and employee qualifications.
- Prepare and submit job postings on web portals.
- Execute office administrative tasks and provide support in general office management.
- Monitor and manage vendor relationships.
