Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees
Manage employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits, and serve as the main point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
Collaborate with finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee record-keeping, HR documentation, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks, ensuring alignment with company values, culture, and legal requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, paperwork, and exit interviews.
Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, procedures, and programs, and escalate complex issues as needed
Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline HR processes, manage employee data, and generate reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Well experienced using HRIS : Talenta Mekari
Proven experience in HR operations, HRIS administration, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of HR systems, processes, and best practices.
Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processes, and regulatory compliance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
