About Us

INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). INDICO aims to leverage Telkomsels digital assets and capabilities to create cross-sectoral digital solutions that will empower Indonesias digital economy.

What you will do, but not limited to:

  • Manage the payroll and benefits administration process in coordination with the HR team
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, including candidate sourcing, selection, and orientation
  • Responsible in development and execution of HR initiatives and programs
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and promote a positive work culture
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance issues, and conflict resolution
  • Support the development and implementation of HRIS systems and tools to streamline HR processes and enhance data analytics
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and manage employee files and records
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes and initiatives are aligned with business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles for startups and/or digital agencies with experience in payroll processing and management
  • Experience in managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
  • Extensive experience in sourcing, pitching, interviewing, and closing candidates including offer negotiations
  • Demonstrated capability in developing strong, collaborative business relationships with executive management teams and client groups to drive, develop, and execute talent strategy and successfully meet their goals
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office
