Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree from Communication area or the same field.
At least having 1 years of working experience in the same functions.- Experienced from leasing company is a MUST.
Ability of leadership & create network.
- Ability of communication & negotiation.
Willing to do business trips.- Have a license of motorcycle (SIM C).
- Working together with client and personnel to solve conflicts and help facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment and people quality.
To monitor the outsourcing employees performance especially for their respective area (area of responsibility if necessary).- To approach the outsourcing employees to solve fraud cases.
To perform anti fraud & training program periodically based on company regulations or SOP of company / clients.
- To support the process of fulfillment MP which build the collaboration with other parties to get the candidates and perform the selection process.
To do process of employees administration & legality process on local DISNAKER.- To do the onboarding process for new employees.
To do the training, coaching & counseling for outsourcing employees.
- To coordinate & communicate with the leaders of local clients about fulfillment of MP, employees performance. result & working process with the approach of deduction number of fraud.
