Job Description
Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.
Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
Define the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates.
Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 year of experience in recruitment field
Having proven and experienced skills in tech recruitment will be a significant advantage.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Someone that understand and have experiences in full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Fast learner in understanding the duties and competencies of different roles
An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
