As a People Team Freelance, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience, and contributing to recruitment projects but not limited to other various people team projects.
Job Description
- Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and the hiring team
- Use online channels and internal Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and source potential talents for various job vacancies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate relationships for future opportunities
- Engage with potential candidates proactively and nurture relationships to ensure a strong talent pool
- Assist recruiters with recruitment improvement projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process
- Contribute to various initiatives and tasks that support the overall goals of the HR department
Job Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree from Psychology or related majors (having prior internship experience in recruitment would be highly preferable)
- Good understanding of talent acquisition and employer branding strategies
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Bahasa and English along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Willing to work under 1-month freelance contract and able to go WFO in Jakarta office, Kuningan (if needed)
