Job Description:
Our client is one of the leading IT consulting companies, providing Enterprise Information & Communication Technology, Communication, and Test & Measurement.
Managing and resolving HRIS and HR ticket issues.
Ensuring timely resolution within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Troubleshooting and providing support for running applications
Enhancing applications.
Planning and conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Job Requirements:
Familiarity with HR business processes.
Essential experience with Oracle.
Proficiency in either .NET C# or Java programming languages.
Competence in database programming with Oracle and SQL Server.
Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English.
