Job Description

Experience Level: 1.5+ Years

We're seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to join our team. If you have a proven track record of optimizing digital campaigns and driving results, we want you to help us create and execute high-impact marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and provide insights for continuous performance improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.
  • Perform detailed keyword research and analysis to inform PPC campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while staying within budget constraints.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
  • Generate regular performance reports and communicate results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years in performance marketing, including PPC, SEM, and paid social advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-backed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
  • Proven ability to manage advertising budgets effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
