Position Overview: As part of our e-Commerce Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention based on Quarterly budgets and category sales targets. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing channels such as SEM, programmatic, display, social media advertising, and email marketing to drive qualified traffic, conversion ROAS and deliver to key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Line, TikTok, and others.
  • Optimise your campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization, providing regular performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and analysts, to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversion.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, continually seeking opportunities to innovate and improve strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results within target KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (we also consider equivalent experience); any advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in e-commerce marketing roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience driving measurable results through digital advertising campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with a strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to extract insights and inform strategy.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interface with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and experimentation, continuously seeking new opportunities to optimize campaign performance and drive business growth.
