What you'll do:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media (PPC and Paid Social)
- Ownership of the digital marketing budget, performance tracking and forecasting.
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of media buying across various platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive effective advertising campaigns.
- Daily campaign management - optimizing campaigns to deliver campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze daily key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CPA), LTV and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Work closely with our wider team to create suitable assets to test and scale.
- Explore, test and implement new acquisition channels and retention strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and growth.
What you bring to the table:
- At least 1 year of experience in performance marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
- An expert-level understanding of Meta Campaigns is required.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign data using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Tiktok ads manager, google ads manager and e-com ads dashboard (Tokopedia ads, Shopee ads) ) and leveraging insights to improve campaign performance.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent understanding of key marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into clear, concise information for clients.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
- A deep understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
