Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize ROI and meet KPIs.
Collaborate with the other team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features on social media platforms.
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges within campaigns.

Familiarity with social media & google advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.
Having experience as a Performance Marketing at least 3 years. FMCG and BRAND industry more preferable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with A/B testing, SEO, SEM and performance optimization technique.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging ad content.
Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative and motivation to achieve result.
