The primary role is to develop marketing funnel strategies, drive both paid traffic & organic to the website, and optimize sales conversions through digital channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating potential leads with optimal cost per lead and leading our overall digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing funnel strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
- Implement and refine multi-channel growth marketing strategies to meet or exceed specific performance targets, including achieving targeted Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Manage daily operations across various performance marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other DTC platforms, ensuring all campaigns align with company goals.
- Monitor and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns sales to purchase campaigns to meet predefined KPIs like click-through rates conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI, with a focus on maintaining target CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and achieving targeted ROAS.
- Collaborate with the program and design teams to improve the user experience and conversion rates on the website and other marketing channels.
- Produce regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and optimization strategies, communicating these findings to the marketing team and broader stakeholders.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and leverage new technologies and marketing practices to drive continuous growth.
- Conduct research and approach Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize visibility and sales performance.
- Execute A/B testing and ongoing experimentation to continuously enhance marketing tactics.
- Willingness to work overtime as necessary to meet ambitious sales targets and project deadlines.
- Create effective sales copywriting strategies to increase lead generation and sales.
- Manage the content team to attract website visitors and ensure the production of engaging and audience-relevant content.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and conversions.
- Strong strategic ability in developing and executing effective marketing funnels.
- Experience in conducting research and communicating with KOLs to drive traffic and conversions.
- In-depth understanding of pixel tracking and Google Tag Manager for analysis and optimization.
- Proficiency in managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google and social media.
- Ability to design compelling and relevant content strategies.
- Experience in managing content teams to produce quality and effective content.
- Ability to write persuasive and effective sales copywriting.
