- Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing and load testing for software applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or others.
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive performance testing strategies and plans.
- Expertise in scripting languages and test automation, including custom script development.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and the ability to provide guidance for system improvements.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and application profiling to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze and interpret complex performance data.
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills to present test results
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
