Job Responsibility
Among the tasks that will be entrusted;
- Act as a Private Secretary

- Handling all aspects of personal work of the superior including personal social media account, stylist & makeup, collaboration arrangements with celebrities/influencers.
- Screening all incoming calls for superiors/ manage superior health/ meeting schedule
- Organize and maintaining schedule, making appointments
- Dealing with incoming/ outgoing correspondences. Writing letters, dictate minutes and reviewing interview scripts.
- Prepare documents, briefing papers, reports and interview scripts.
- Carry out background research and presenting findings into subject the superior is dealing with.
- Organize and attend meetings, events.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, contractors, makeup artist, artist and any other person involved in projects.
- Arranging travel and accommodation and when necessary to accompany the immediate superior to meeting locations to take notes or dictation, or to provide general assistance.
- Attend all matters as per instructed by immediate superior any person assigned on behalf.
- Reminding the superior of important tasks and deadlines
- Assisting in Personal Matters
- Being involved in household matters as assigned from time-to time by managing utility bill payments, childcare, grocery, any related assigned.
- Ensure the superior is well prepared for meetings, event, function, coaching, live, or photo sessions.
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
- Organizing and attending meetings to ensure superior is well prepared for meetings.
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and management skills.
- Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to research and find information for your company.

- Bachelors degree in mass communication/management / similar fields
- Minimum 1 years managing founders/celebrities
- Able to meet deadlines, multi-tasks and detail-oriented person
- Resourceful person, always making sure things are being done
