Role Description
- Assist BOD to organize workload.
- Multi-task in different fields such as administration and project management
- Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meeting, managing travel bookings, handling expenses, and a variety of other day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf BOD.
- Preparing materials for meetings and providing post-meeting follow-up notes; assisting with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation.
- Manage team-wide communications and ensure delivery by deadlines.
- Manage Microsoft Teams along with proper document control
- Organizing and coordinating with external parties as required, managing action items and status.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in both Bahasa and English is a must
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing programs independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail and solid organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Possess a valid driving license
