Handle employee data administration such as employee agreements (PKWT and PKWTT), including maintaining accurate personnel data and managing documents,
Maintain and manage the complete/end to end Payroll process as well as attendance data,
Responsible for the process related to employee benefit such as health insurance, loan, and BPJS TK and KS registrations - ensuring compliance and regulations are met,
Responsible for maintaining and enforcing corporate ethics, compliance, regulation, and perform employee disciplinary procedures if necessary,
Prepare monthly payroll report, government related bodies - social security, BPJS Kesehatan (Government health insurance), Departement Tenaga Kerja, employees tax administration,
Handle employee relations work issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion,
Qualifcations:
Bachelor's degree in a related human resource field or relevant work experience,
Minimum 2 years of experience in HRGA area/HR Generalist
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures,
Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws,
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc.) and HR software (HRIS),
Strong knowledge in employee tax and benefit calculation,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
Strong ethics, integrity, compassion, and discipline,
