Carry out repairs and servicing of Monochrome and Color Digital Multifunction Products (SHARP & FUJIFILM MFPs), enable hardware and software at workshop or customers premises and services to the highest standards
- Manage and repair copier on and off-site
Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues- Identifying and troubleshoot malfunctions cause
Respond to all customers call and ensure that the customers machine are in working condition
- Conduct trouble shooting on machines and escalate problem to Superior for issues that are complicated.
Experience in Rectified Minor /Major (Error Code)- Experience in Related Fields would be advantage
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate in Engineering (Electric/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Computer Science/IT or equivalent.- Good communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia/English
Ability to demonstrate and technically oriented with good analytical skills.
- Mature and able to work with minimum supervision. Able to handle customers complaints.
Knowledge of colour digital print products and knowledge of file handling software will be an added advantage.- At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Possess good eye vision and not colour blind.
Able to work independently as well as a good team player.- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and hardworking.
