Key Responsibilities:
Planning stock allocation for each store involves analyzing sales data, customer demand, and market trends to optimize inventory distribution, ensuring the right products are available at the right locations to meet customer needs and maximize sales potential.
Liaising closely with warehouses, stores and other Head Office departments involves
Stock replenishment understanding replenishment to maximize full price sales and demonstrating knowledge of stores
Propose and implement inter-store
Analysis of sales figures and merchandising performance
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field
Minimum 1-2 years experience in Retail Industries specially for Merchandising roles;
Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills;
Confidence in suggesting calculated risk;
Strong customer awareness and understanding;
Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness;
Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel;
Fluent in written and spoken English.
